9th Annual Paddlefest
June 25 & 26, 2010 at Coney Island

For the first time, Paddlfest will include the Newport and Covington riverfront areas!

The first day is held at Coney Island, and it is packed full of events and a free concert that night. On the second day, a large flotilla (roughly 1000 paddle-powered kayaks and canoes) departs Coney Island for an 8 mile float down to the take out point at Cincinnati's Public Landing.

Celebrate, promote and protect the beauty of the Ohio River at the Annual Ohio River Way Paddlefest. Come to Cincinnati to enjoy two days of paddling, education, entertainment, competition and camaraderie at America's largest on water paddling event.

• Dragon Boat Races on the Ohio River Saturday morning Safety clinics and kayak rolling exhibitions using Coney Island Sunlight Pool

• Canoe/kayak beginner classes, rolling classes and Smart Start classes at Coney Island Sunlight Pool
